Respite Care Program


This program recruits potential in-home respite care providers with families of children with special needs who need childcare. This program allows families and their children the opportunity to have some independence as well as creating job and relationship building opportunities for respite care providers. This program is run in two phases which include recruitment and training of providers and then recruitment and interviews between families and potential providers.

Care to Share Support Network, Inc. will only serve as a referral service, and neither endorses, sponsors nor represents YOU. You and the families you meeting will conduct their own interviews, reference checks. A decision by either party is based on what criteria either of you determine is appropriate.

Families all over Somerset and the surrounding counties are looking for caring, responsible, and outgoing individuals to provide in-home respite care for their children with special needs.

Our respite care program matches families with potential caregivers who can provide in home support services for their children. YOU can earn money and experience while providing opportunities for families to be away from their home, knowing that their children are being well cared for by YOU.

  • Providers information summaries & opportunity to interview providers
  • 1 Year access to information on providers we recruit from all fairs throughout the year. (*Certain terms and conditions apply)
  • Attend additional recruitment fairs throughout the year at a reduced rate (*Rates may vary based on location)

Care to Share Support Network, Inc. will only serve as a referral service, and neither endorses, sponsors nor represents these providers. Families and the providers they meet are solely responsible for conducting their own interviews, reference checks and personalized training to accommodate their family’s needs. Because there are a limited number of providers at each fair, Care to Share is not responsible for ensuring that every family will recruit a provider. It is your responsibility to recruit a provider. Providers have the right to choose which families they support and are available on a first come first serve basis.
